Frequently Asked Questions

Here is a list of questions we normally receive.

Should I choose a fiberglass pool or a concrete pool?
Eachtypeofpoolhasitsownprosandcons. The answer to this question ultimately comes down to budget. Fiberglass pools will be substantially cheaper than concrete pools due to the construction processes related to concrete pools. However, with fiberglass pools, you lose the freedom and creativity of design that accompanies concrete pools.
How long does the actual construction process take?
Concrete pool construction duration is generally about 10-12 weeks while fiberglass
pools have a construction duration of about 4-6 weeks.
How long does permitting, engineering and planning take?
Planning, Engineering, & Permitting can take 10-12 weeks for concrete pools while
fiberglass pools average 6-8 weeks of planning & permitting.
What type of finish is used for concrete pools & fiberglass?
Concrete pools utilize an exposed aggregate finish. This finish comes in varying
coarseness. We typically apply PebbleSheen to our concrete pool interior surfaces.

Fiberglass pools have a much smoother interior finish called GelCoat. Fiberglass pools
are generally easier to maintain because of the smoother, less porous finish.

What brand of fiberglass pools do you use?
We use Latham Pools as our fiberglass pool supplier.
What is the average size pool you install?
Again, there is no right answer to this question as it is going to come down to budget and
space available on your property. We have constructed concrete pools that are 60’ long
and we have constructed 7’x7’ hot tubs. It really just comes down to budget and space.
Do you offer financing?
We work with several specialized financing companies which can be found on our website.
What size pool can I fit on my property?
There is a multitude of property setbacks and calculations that must be adhered to. We determine this via an actual visit to your property and an accurate, up-to-date survey of your property.
What does the price of a fiberglass pool & concrete pool include?
The base price of a concrete pool includes the pool’s concrete shell (no decking), one main drain suction line, one skimmer suction line, 3 return jets to the pool, appropriately sized pump, filter and salt chlorinator, all electrical, & all permits.

The base price of a fiberglass pool included the pool shell, 4ft of surrounding decking, one main drain suction line, one skimmer suction line, an appropriately sized pump, filter, and salt chlorinator, all electrical and all permitting.

Do you offer other services other than pool construction?
We work with a large list of specialized subcontractors to help create your outdoor space. Whether it is hard-scapes, landscapes or construction we can help you achieve your vision.
Does our pool need a safety cover?
We include safety covers/nets on all our pools per the code of the city and county.
What is the average price of a concrete and fiberglass pool?
The average price of a base concrete pool typically runs from $1050-1100 a linear ft while fiberglass pools are quoted per pool shell.
Will my yard be messed up from the construction?
While we attempt to minimize the amount of disarray caused by the construction it is important to note that your property will look like & be an active construction zone.
How does the payment schedule work?
The payment draw schedule will be outlined in the construction contract signed by both parties.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is $5000.00 to begin ordering materials and start the planning process of the project.
